Cast Foam Head Bases

We offer a variety of cast foam head bases. These are created using expanding urethane foam rubber in a silicone mold. This method of base creation offers more detail, strength, comfort, and cost effectiveness over a sculpted foam base. Customizations to the bases are made by attaching carved or cast foam accessories before they are coated with fur. For an extra fee, we can modify any base to fit your character.
