Our cast foam Head Bases can come from the mold in various levels of quality. Not every build needs a clean casting or even a full casting, so we offer all of our usable pulls at a variety of prices.

A-Grade: Our best castings will have a relatively smooth skin on uncarved surfaces without large voids. These usually have the most foam overflow to remove.

B-Grade: These flawed castings often have less foam poured into the mold and do not form a good skin so the outer surface may be rough, the mold may not completely fill, and voids or tears may be present.

C-Grade: Our lowest grade castings may have significant tears, may be left-over from an abandoned project, or may only contain a partial casting. These are intended for more offbeat projects.
